want to identify lineup combinations and pick out which lineups do the best

I'm doing the Plus/Minus for out basketball team and have the lineups combinations all listed on excel for the season. What I need is to have a single formula to identify certain lineups. Basically for example below the 5 Players: In this case the combination of these 5 players only show up once, so the sum would be 5.

Kidd
Madanly
Wei
Randolph
Song

I want the formula to pick out and add up the number on the right (which is 5 in this case) and Sum them every time these 5 names come up in that exact specific order (or just those 5 names regardless of order) The list will be very long and there are many different combinations of 5 different players, so the goal would be to identify which 5 does the best (the number to the right is how much the team won or lost by while that group of players where on the court.

Also I want to pick out the total minutes played for that group, everytime a player gets subbed a new group of 5 is formed and the time of the sub is recorded (9 Min) I can add a 0 Min at the beginning and just do 9-0 to determine that the group played 9 minutes, I just want the formula be able to pick that out.

To simplify it, I need a formula to look up 5 names in a group of 5 cells, once identified the number right to the cells will be added, I cant find an answer. Please help. Thank you
