Add Sheet with a CommandButton & TextBox

I want to add sheet names with a TextBox and a CommandButton, then have all the Sheets show up in a ListBox.When
Sheet is selected in the listbox it will go to that sheet if possible?. Maybe I could add a CommandButton on ever sheet to
return to the main sheet. Not sure if a code could add vba buttons to new sheet>
