    Smile Arrangement of vehicle in form of report

    Dear All Experts

    I have a problem regarding making a report in excel.

    My problem is :

    I have a excel file where columns are
    Collapse | Copy Code

    Sno Date. From To Mode_of_Transport Depart. Arrival Name Remarks


    So my job is to find the persons who arrived at interval of 30 min so that vehicle can be arranged for them.

    Please help me

    It's better you have to attach a sample workbook with expected output for better understanding of your data structure and for getting quick solution.

    Hi and welcome to the forum

    To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook. The workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

    To attach a file to your post,
    click advanced (next to quick post),
    scroll down until you see "manage file",
    click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
    click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

    Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
    You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

    But you know about your data and what do you want very well, but the data is a fresh one to us and we don't know what you are looking for and where the data is? and in which method? can you please take through it by providing some description...

    Thank u for your quick response Sixthsense

    I am describing what I need

    We are going to arrange a conference, and delegates are coming to attend this.
    Now the dates of conference are 23 to 26 (Say)

    So delegates are coming through flight and for lack of availability of Vehicle, we can provide only some vehicle. So The consolidated page is depicted the tour program. And because of sending vehicle to and from kolkata I separated the data into two parts. and "Depart." column is also formatted into 24:00 hrs format.

    Now I have to calculate at 30 mins interval how many delegates are present at Airport , so that vehicle can be arranged in that manner.
