    I would want to do hi-res.graphics work with Excel because I know Excel and it already does most of the graphics I need. I am able to use Excel's visual basic editor and don't know if I would have to learn a lot of new stuff to use another program. Can someone just improve Excel to make hi-res graphics efficient?
