Easy way:
In E2, put this formula: =A2&B2&C2
Fill that down to the end of your list.
Select cells A2:C15, then using a formula for Conditional Formatting, try this: =COUNTIF($E$2:$E$15,$E2)>1

If you select the range and then do a conditional format on it asking for duplicates it will do what you want. see the attached.
