OLAP Tools greyed out

Hi,

I'm using Excel 2010 and the OLAP Tools, (on the Tools group underneath the Options tab of the Pivot Table Tools group) is greyed out.
I've checked all of the addins but none relate to this. I've google searched with no luck. I've noticed a couple of others posted the same question on other forums with no replies. Does anybody know where/how to get the OLAP Tools?

Thanks for your response and apologies for my delay.
It all seems fine in the website but I do not have the OLAP option when I right click on the Pivot table in Excel 2010, neither at work nor at home.
I've checked all of the possible addins via the Backstage view and there's nothing related to OLAP. Is there another website you must visit to purchase it? Do you have to download it from somewhere?
It's a mystery to me.
