Limit Excel Sheet to 1 Page (Eliminate additional pages)

When I click print preview, it indicates that it's page 1 of 6, even though I just have data on the first page. How can I eliminate pages 2 - 6?

You need to set up your Print Area. Highlight all the data that you want to be printed, then on the Page Layout tab select the Print Area group then Set Print Area.

If you had data on those pages at one point, and didn't delete the rows/columns, or there are formulas or formatting still applied on those pages, they will be included in the print.

You can set a new print area to include only the first page. Or, if you're absolutely sure there is nothing in the cells on the other 5 pages, select the columns/rows that are extra and click 'Delete' in the toolbar.
