Compare Identical Text in two cells on two sheets-return value on target row into cell

I have a workbook with tons of programming I need to achieve. I am very limited in my knowledge. I searched for this idea and it either isn't here or I don't know how to apply what I have found. So here is my work book so it can be viewed.

Right now on "Protocol" Sheet I want the cells with the "Protocol 1" field to look at Admin_Panel Sheet and find the row with the same text. Then take the text in cell A of the same row and copy it to the cell below the "Protocol 1" listed on the protocol sheet.


I have tried several codes from the forum and tried vLOOKup but again I don't know the syntax that well to fumble my way through this. Someof my data use drop down boxes to populate the fields.

It pulls the data fine. The only issue now is I have a sort button to list rows in alphabetical order. So this code is always targeting the static cell. I need it to move with the cells even when sorted

Actually...this is correct. I had a code that was causing two of my cells for look up to be labled Protocol 1. So the first one in the list after sort is what was showing up else where. Thank you.
