Hi, i would like to know if Excel is what i need for the following task:

I'm learning about 8 different subjects. I want to keep track of which subjects I've done on which days, and how much time I've spent on each subject. And if possible, compare the time spent on all the subjects in a chart or so.

What i imagined doing was having a table with the following fields: Date, Subject, Time Spent

Then all i would need after using such a table is to have a program that can compute the information for me as stated above.
