    copying formulas/formats to the right

I have a formula and a format in a cell in the second (and other) row and I would like to copy both the formula and the format to the right (I have column monthly heading) I have been dragging the formula to the right, which is fairly cumbersome because I have a lot of cells to fill. Is there a more effecient way to do this? Thanks.

    Select origin cell
    Ctrl+c (copies)
    Either:
Shift+ctrl+right will automatically select up to the last populated cell (this assumes you already have a table and you're overwriting some values)
    Or:
Shift+Alt+right will select across one page of columns at a time - then release alt and press right/eft to select the right amount
    Ctrl + v (paste)

Hmmmmm....the first one I already knew about, but the problem is that there is only data in the row above, not in the row that I want to copy in. The second piece of advice sounds more useful but when I do it, it brings up the "grouping" dialog box. Thanks.

If you have data in the row above - start your selection for paste at the end, which is a tweak of the first explanation:
    Select cell to copy across
    Copy
Up one (select a cell from top row)
Ctrl + right (select rightmost cell in top row)
Down one (select rightmost cell in data row to copy across)
Ctrl+shift+left (selects all blank cells from leftmost to first filled cell
    Paste

This feels ugly explaiend, but once you get the idea of using your table bounds to select outer elements then select inwards you should be set.
