Custom Sort items not in alpha order

I want to setup a filter for column B but don't want to sort by alphabetical order. Column B will have just 3 values. "Day", "Swing" & "Grave".

With the sort function, it will sort them by alphabetical order Day, Grave, Swing. Can I setup a custom sort filter so that it will sort Day, Swing then Grave?
