    Excel 2007: Compare Two Lists

Good morning Excel Experts. I am having a lot of issues with the vlookup. I wanted to know if there was an alternative way to compare two lists of numbers. What I am trying to do is see which ones are specific to their respective lists and which ones are on both lists. So....maybe an automated pivot to give those results after listing the numbers in their columns.....I'm not sure.

Jakobshavn....... that is genius in its simplicity. That works perfectly! Then, I can just sort and Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow and count.
