Lookup and enter multiple values

Okay so I have had a hard time with this so some help would be great. Haven't slept in about 30 hours. Thank You in advance.
The file attached has three tabs. In the tab "Orders" cell f2 is a drop down menu. What I wont to happened is when someone chooses a product from this list i want all the components associated with this product to appear on the corresponding cell on column H. These components will come from tab "formulas" so if I picked "HYFOL 14" these would appear

PLA0050133
starting in the corresponding cell in column H.
But then in column F they will choose a new product adding on to whats already there i have put in what i want the final idea to look like in tab "Orders".
You may create more tabs or add columns just PLEASE HELP.
