or if you need to show blanks when any months is less than 31 days:
=IF(DAY(DATE($A$1,MONTH(DATEVALUE($A$2&$A$1))+1,0))<ROW(1:1),"",DATEVALUE(ROW(1:1)&$A$2&$A$1))
