Edit an Image in Excel 2010 - Possible?

I have to submit a copy of my bank statement at work for reimbursement.

I need to black out all irrelevant personal information.

It needs to be submitted as an Excel file.


I know that I can edit the image in Photoshop or MSPaint, but is there a way, with Excel 2010's new Image Editting features, to paint over a picture?

That's what I ended up doing, but I was wondering if there was a way to just draw over a picture which would be much easier
