2007 ranking over multiple columns

in column G, i have a list of values. how would i go about ranking cell G2 with all the column cells in G, all the cells in L, and all the cells in Q?

meaning: if G2 has 1 cell higher in G:G, 1 cell higher in L:L, and 0 cells higher in Q:Q, it will return 3 as the rank
