how to align the text and number in the same row

hi, i would like to able to align the text and umber in the same row and text in one cell and and the number in next cell.
here i want to explain it with an eg.
In the following eg:when i exported the data to excel from a pdf.i got the data in the following way.where barista limited is doing transacions of purchase and sale,


barista purchase
limited 18525
barista sale
limited -12521
barista purchase
limited 11252

but i want to change the data in excel like following way: barista limited in one colum, and purchase in next column ,and 18525 in next column.
barista limited purchase 18525
barista limited sale -12521
barista limited purchase 11252

could any one provide solution

is each line in its own cell? is each word in its own cell?.attach a workbook with a small sample

i guess this might help, if there are lots of data we can try other way. please see attached and if you feel that your query has been resolved then you can change status to solved.

well that might solve it but you need it to be dragable
as it stands it would take ages or you drag it down and delete every other row
=IF(MOD(ROWS($A$1:A1),2),A1&" "&A2&" "&B1&" "&B2,"") would work better

ya .. i tried it its worked out,,, but i have the that kind of data in 1000 cells is there any way to get that at a time,,and another thing is i have to sumup the quantity,,if i am using the text to column to get quantity i am not getting,,
