When I hyperlink a text to a picture that is located on my PC, Excel opens it with Internet Explorer whereas i need to open it with Windows Picture Viewer, which is faster and easier to work with. How can I do this?

Try right clicking on your picture select open with at the bottom it has default program try that see if it works.

first open that image with <<open With>> and then select default program to Windows Picture Viewer.

Windows Picture Veiwer IS my default program to open images but in Excel it is not that way.
I don't know but it as easy as it looks nobody could help.
