Spin button for inventory control

I have just started up a home business and want to use excel to keep up with my inventory. I would like to use the spin button to increase and decrease the values for each individual item (by increments of 1). I have a column for "Items Ordered", and one for "Items On Hand" (and I also want to have a "Sold" column). The "Items Ordered" will be a simple spin button. In the "Items On Hand" column, I would like to have the spin button to increase with the top button. But on the bottom button, when it decreases the value of "Items On Hand," I want it to also increase the value in the "Sold" column.

Also, I have a lot of rows to do this with, is it possible to fix multiple cells at once or will I have to do each one?

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

This is an attachment that is a sample of my inventory sheet.

Again, I want to be able to decrease the inventory on hand, and with the same click add one to the sold column.
