If equal to, return the word tied

Hi there, i have this formula to return the word "win by" and "needs" =IF($G$14=LARGE(($G$14,$O$14,$G$30,$O$30),1),"Win by:","Needs:"), now i need to add to this formula to return the word "Tied" if G14=($G$14,$O$14,$G$30,$O$30) thanks in advance for any help.

Try this:

Formula:

=IF(OR($G$14=$G$30,$G$14=$O$14,$G$14=$O$30),"Tied",IF($G$14=LARGE(($G$14,$O$14,$G$30,$O$30),1),"Win by:","Needs:"))
