Printed paper is different than expected

Hi guys.
I've got a problem with my printing. The problem is my printed paper is totally different than that of print preview in Excel.
I have wasted tons of color prints but still no success.
I have attached 2 files. The PDF file is what I excpect to recieve, the JPEG file is what drives me crazy!

Go into excel options customize ribbon change popular commands to commands not on the ribbon near the bottom of the visible screen you will see camera add that to your quick access toolbar. Now try using camera to take a picture of your spreedsheet and print the picture to see if that works.
