Hi, i was looking for some help with a popup that does not appear when I type a formula. For example if I type in any blank cell the following:
normally I would then see a popup with the following:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
but this isn't showing. Any ideas how i can bring this up?Please Login or Register to view this content.

This is in Excel 2007
Microsoft Office Button>>Excel Options>>Advanced>>Display>>ClickShow function ScreenTips check box>>Ok.
