Form Controls / How to link more cells

Hello
first of all I would like to apologize for my English but I really need help.

I am trying to create buttons (form controls) and link them with more cells. But excel can links only 1 cell I think When I change the first one Excel automatically changes the others. Is there any way how to do it?

I wanna
2 buttons (Yes, No) links with F1
3 buttons (Yes, Maybe, No) links with F2
4 buttons (Honda, Mazda, Skoda, Suzuki) links with F3
.
.
.
etc

I have found this file and this is exactly what I wanna create but I cant figure out how to do it. Could you help me pls?

EDIT: I thought there is macro :D but there is not. So I figured it out myself hehe :P
