    Entering numbers.

    Hi

Im hoping someone can help me. I am trying to put together a list of drawings and their scales but I don't know how to make the scales appear properly. They need to appear as 1:100, 1:50 etc. They dont for example 1:100 will come in as a decimal value and 1:50 comes in as a time value.

Is there a way to do this?
    Thanks in advance

    P.

If you're not going to use these numbers for any sort of Excel calculations, the easiest way is to format the cells as Text before entering anything. If you are pasting data in, then make sure to paste special as value. Does that work for you?
