Printing just one cell in the excel sheet

How to print excel data the way I need ?
Actually using select printing can do something, but not enough. My datasheet holds rather much information. But its really essential to me to print it in a way that I can control what data to print and where to print it on a paper. Like sometimes I want to print just some cells but in the specified position, just like filling some greeting card, other time I need just names and address, some other time the whole datasheet. So how much printing control can be done ? Any suggestions where to find any VBA printing commands ?

    Hi pic2pic,

Even in VBA you need to define the range to print.
I would suggest you to use Print Area-Set Print Area option.

Here is one option that requires a little bit of setting up, but requires no VBA and it may be what you need.

Set up various Custom Views per your needs.

When setting up your views, hide all rows/coumns you don't want displayed. Excel only prints visible cells.

Now, when you want to print a particular view of the data, just go to the Custom Views tab and select it.

Here is a YouTube video on the topic

    Do you know . . . ?
