Summing Values in multiple workbooks

Hello all, this is my first post.

I am using an excel template I created to do estimates. I have done about 250 estimates and now I have to go in a extract a value in each estimate. It is a different value(formula) for each estimate as it's based on a % of another number in that estimate. The value is in the same exact cell in each estimate as I use the same template every time. I have been opening each estimate and copying this number on a separate excel spreadsheet. Is there a quicker all these values at once from all the estimates? Thanks very much.
