How to graph Inequalities and Shade by itself? Also finding intersection points

How do you graph inequalities and they shade by itself?Also what formulas use or how to find intersection points of two lines?
Can anybody post a excel spreadsheet that is able to do this, so I can take a look at how it works? Or some explanation on how to do this.
