Picking up neighbor numbers in the follow row another “if”- “then” scenario

I have the same numbers running from Col A1 through to Col J2.

Col A4 through Col C4 are my “base” number(s) – these numbers vary.

What I’m looking to do:

Does any of the “base” numbers match in row 1 - Col A1 through to Col J1 numbers?

The “6” in F1 matches one of my “base” numbers.

“Then” I want to pickup the neighboring numbers in Row 2, which would be the “5”, “6’, “7” and placed in ColM (which was “manually” placed).
