looks like all you have to do is to resize your form by making it bigger. If it is at 70%, make it 75%

Select the column-P header and do right click and select Hide.
Or
Resize the Column-P Column width.

its not only about column P .. in that sheet all the columns after column P are removed...
No the columns after Column-P are not removed it's just hidden.
Press Ctrl+G and in Reference type
Q1:IV1
Press Ok>>Format>>Columns>>Unhide
