Formula for a Calendar to be added on a different sheet.

Hello - Thank you all of those who have helped me with this excel.
    I have another request.

I need for the calendar dates to be added on another sheet. This is what I have...

If you look at Sheet called "Schedule" I have in Cell B Row 3 the Start Date - Then in Cell B Row 4 the End Date. I want to able to change these dates as needed. But would like the calendar to be populated in the sheet called "Internal" on Row 2 Beginning on Cell C, with 7 day increments.

Hope this makes sense. I have attached my excel. -- Thank you!!

In the attached, you'll see my work in row 3 of the Internal sheet. Copying cell D3 across will give you dates 7 days apart up until the end date specified on the Schedule sheet. Note, the end date may not be exactly 7 days from the previous one, but it is still included. Is this what you're looking for?

Question Re: Formula for a Calendar to be added on a different sheet.

Justin, Thank you for your help on this and yes it does work, but if all possible. Is there a way to get this process automated. Basically once I enter the dates on the Schedule sheet in B3 Start Date and B4 End Date, for the date series be enter in Internal Sheet beginning on D3 and ending on the End Date, automatically.

Because eventually once the date is populated in the Schedule sheet it will populate in all the Sheets, Internal, Operation, Executive and Customer, automatically preferrable.

I have attached and update spreadsheet.

Thank you to all you out there!!!
