Excel 2010 - MaxIF and MinIF formulas

Hi, does anyone know if these function arguments work in Excel 2010 as I cannot seem to get the desired result when applying them. I have currently got:

=MIN(IF(G2:G2320=G2323,K2:K2320)) as I try to find the minimum value in the K column of values in the range of G2:G2320 that have the same value of cell G2323. This returns the good old #VALUE! display though.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

That's an array formula and needs to be entered using CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.

hi plannerg, did you press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER? press F2 to go inside the cell & press those keys. upload the file if this doesn't work for you. to upload, press "Go Advanced" beside the "Post Quick Reply" button & click on the paperclip icon
