Formula:

=IF(ISERROR(INDEX($J$2:$J$13,Find_Match)),"",INDEX($J$2:$J$13,Find_Match))

Select B2:H2, enter this formula, confirm it with Ctrl+Shift+enter

Then you can copy to other cells
