Exact all text except last 2 characters

Hi,

I need help determining how to extract all the characters in a column except for the last 2 characters. I have attached an example. I would like to extract all the characters in column D into Column E except for the last two characters. The problem I am having is that the text that is in column D is different lengths. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
