Need Help with Excel Sheet to input data into another sheet for fantasy football league.

I'm having an issue. I have a fantasy league that I am part of with NCAA football 2013. I am trying to make a spreadsheet output some data. It would be hard to explain, but I will try, and I have attached the the workbook.

"Team (Step 1)" - is the worksheet where the players put their roster and the it outputs the cost of that player based on his overall. That is fine.

"Team Change Report (Step 2)" - Is for the owners to document changes. If they want to increase a player's overall they put his name, and a +1 or any positive value.
    * If they want to take off his overall under the "Regression Journal" they put the name and then a -1 or whatever negative value.
*If the player has one player of the week, under "Player of the Week journal they put +1 or whatever value
    * If a player is injured they just put his name in the "Injured Players" list.

    NOW HERES MY PROBLEM
In the final sheet, it outports the sheet from Step 1. I want to apply Step 2 to Step 3.

How would I get the the overall to change to look up a text name (like Frank Westfall in my example) from Step 2 and add +1 or +2, or -1 or -2, or any value to his overall?

How would I get Step 3 too look up a player name in step 2, if the player is injured, make the overall SHOW "40" but keep the original overall? In QB Frank's case he is 83. But if injured he will drop to 40, but will still count as a 83.

Also how would I get Step 3 too look up "the Player of the Week table" search a name, match it. And add +1,+2 or whatever...

I know, I feel like what I'm asking for is so ridiculous and advanced.
