Display data in different column based on number condition

Dear All,

I have stuck with finding formula to display certain data based on the number condition.

I have several columns with thousands of row. There is a column called "Quantity". The current spreadsheet attached display all, but I want it to display only when it meet condition in Quantity column.

For example. If in col "Quantity" is 3, I want the data to display only in col "H", if in col "Quantity" is 4, I want the data to display only in col "D" and col "H", and so on.
