    Formatting data

    Hi,
Im trying to develop a schedule tracker. We assigned each person on a daily basis a date to take on a task.Due to multiple no. of people its difficult to determine if a person is unable to take a date esp when on holiday. How can a data in a cell highlight in red if A or B or C.... is on holiday once A's or B's or C's.... name has been assigned on a particular cell. Say each column specify a date and we regularly assigned a person on each date. Help pls. Any more details needed to create formula let me know. Thanks

    Re: Formatting data

I think you will need to post an example file (the FAQ describes how to), and perhaps you can explain more clearly within the file what it is you want to achieve.
