Question Multiple IF statement with additional requirements

    Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet (attached) that looks at home buyers and their purchases; however what I'm trying to find out is are the sales persons completing their paperwork.

For example, for every house there most be a completion date and posted as "Moved in", but there are a number where this isn't done.

Is there an easy way of asking both questions; if there is an compltion date, has "moved in" been entered and visa versa?

    Many thanks

    Clash.

    Please see attached,

The formula just checks that there is a number in the date cell and thet the corresponding cell is "Moved In". Unfortunatley your format has both merged cells and an inconsistent number of rows per property. To avoid having to retype for each entry I would recommend changing your format/layout.

    Thanks Dave H9,

I'm afraid the formatting comes straight out of our SQL database, and I haven't got a clue about SQL, but i'll see if there is a work around.

Once again thanks for the help.

    Clash,

Try the attached slight variation. Returns true if comp date and Outcome is correct.
