Move cells from ne sheet to another

Hi guys,

I am building a large xls document and to make it easier to build I did everything on the same sheet, thinking that I will be able to move the cells to the relevant view/ sheet later.

My issue is that I cannot find how to move cell from one page to another. Basically I want to keep all the links pointing at the specific cell (so copy paste will not do).
Help would be appreciated.

Note that I operate on Mac.

If you CUT and paste the cells, they will retain their references. When you copy and paste it does not.
