Question Refresh file that you have in "read" status?

I have a file that someone is constantly updating during the day and I want to monitor it. If I open that file I then open it in the "read" mode. The file is automatically updated every 10 minutes or so. How can I refresh my screen so that I see the changes when they happen? Is this possible with out exiting and reopening the file continually throughout the day? Thanks!

    Hi Friend,

You can press F9 button in keyboard to calculate (or refresh) the entire workbook Or you can press Shift+F9 to calculate the current worksheet only.

    Regards
