i dont understand the logic of what you want. i would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that

Maybe the "sort" function might help (e.g: largest to smallest), it depends on the logic of your data.
Do you want to reverse the column, like this?
Assuming the list starts in E9 then F9 would contain this:
