keyboard shortcut for right-click menu for worksheets

hey everybody. apologies in advance if this has been answered already. i tried to find it on here after fruitlessly googling for an hour, including seeing this question unanswered in a few places. so here goes:

without using my mouse, i want to bring up the menu that a right-click on a worksheet tab (such as "Sheet1") will bring up.

    Insert...
    Delete
    Rename
    Move or Copy...
    View Code
    Protect Sheet...
    Tab Color

    Hide
    Unhide

    Select All Sheets

It is pretty much the equivalent of what shift+F10 does for a cell.

Does anybody know how to do this? Is it related to the F11 key? Thanks for your thoughts.
