    Conditional Header and page break

I have a spread sheet with the following information.

    A: Last Name
    B: First Name
    C: Agency

What I want to do is the following when I print:
    1. Create a page break every time "Agency" changes
    2. Show the "Agency" name in the header row.

    Example.

    Ray, Sam, ABC
    Ding, Dong, ABC
    My, Name, BCA
    Your, Name, BCA

    Print Report:

    Header: ABC
    Ray, Sam, ABC
    Ding, Dong, ABC

    Header: BCA
    My, Name, BCA
    Your, Name, BCA

I hope this makes sense and thank you.

Re: Conditional Header and page break

The subtotal function will do this quickly.
Select the 3 columns plus one to the right (A - D)
    "At each change in:" C
    "Use function" Count and
    untick "Summary below data"

You could then Find and replace "Count" with ""

    Then print columns A:C

    Hope this helps
