How to calculate average based on text

Hello There

I need help asap. I have a list of performane ratings on a drop down list and needs to get its average. This is how my sheet looks like.

1. WORKING WITH OTHERS

Competency and Definition Rating

Exceed Customer Expectations Exceeds expectation
Communicate with Others Exceeds expectation
Demonstrate Team Spirit & Cooperatio Meets Expectation
Act with Professionalism & Integrity Meets Expectation
Resolve Customer Problems Meets Expectation

2. TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

Competency and Definition Rating

Take Ownership Meets Expectation
Learn, Develop, & Adapt to Change Exceeds expectation
Work Independently Exceeds expectation
Manage Time Meets Expectation
Attend to Detail Meets Expectation


At the end, i need the average result in its First Letter (e.g. M if answer is Meets Expectations.
