How Do I Combine Different Cell Data in Column B with one single Part Number in Column A

I have a spreadsheet of over 50k vehicle applications, some have the same part number in common. I am attaching the Excel file to this message to better explain my delimna. I want one single part number in column A with the several vehicle's that if fits in column B. I apologize in advance if I am not being clear, I am a rookie when it comes to Excel.
