    Automatic warning.

    Hello,

I use a spreadsheet at work to keep track of what customer data files are in another software for a call centre.

The files get put into the software then logged onto the excel sheet by what day they were added, after 7 days they need to be taken out, when taken out of the software I will manually grey them out (as in attachment) So if they are not greyed out they are in the system, I need to create something that creates a warning for ones that are in there over 7 days. Maybe a warning tab that see the current date and any non greyed out files are automatically highlighted on there but if i then take them out and highlight them grey they remove themselves.

I hope this makes sense, is it possible?

    Regards
