    Time Calculation

    Dear Friends,

Thanks a lot for helping me. I feel sorry that I am coming back again and again following the problems by the end user. I am giving you explanation about our need. Over hour only accounts if someone is doing an additional hour beyond normal office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Further only full hours adding the hours worked before 8:00 AM and after 5:00 will be taken into account. For instance if some start at 7:30 AM and stops at 6:50 PM then only 2 hours will be counted as over hour. No over hours on Friday and Saturday and other National Holidays as these are paid @ a fixed rate irrespective of hours. I attached the template for your information. Some time some one starting from a specific day continues till the next day. Say starting on today 21 October at 6:30 AM and continue till 2:00 AM (22 October). And again starts at 8:00 AM (22 October). In this particular case I am facing problem. I would be grateful in case overtime could be calculated from 6:30 AM (21 October) till 2:00 AM (22 October) in one cell. Then separately for the following day (22 October), if any.

With many thanks and kind regards,
