Adding two IF formulas in one cell

Please help

I want to put two IF formulas in one cell, they are:-

=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(E2,$A$2:$A$175,0)),"",E2)
=IF(D2=E2,"Sheet1","Sheet2")

Here i just want to add these two formulas to result together in the same cell (say cell D).
