    I tried. It's giving me #NUM error

    =LOOKUP(2,1/((G:G=LOOKUP("zzz",A$2:A2))*(H:H=B2)),I:I)

    Excel 2003. It doesn't like the whole column. You need to give it a range

    =LOOKUP(2,1/((G$1:G$65535=LOOKUP("zzz",A$2:A2))*(H$1:H$65535=B2)),I$1:I$65535)
