Minimum - maximum dates/times, If function, Parenethesis'

Hi All,

Attached spreadsheet has a small problem.

I have the data which I have imported in columns a-e.


End figures I need are how long each of the working days are for him.

all the figures on the left are from jobs that he has completed.

The problem I have is if one of his jobs spans two or more days.

His Holiday is also logged as a job which in this case spans 2 days.

at the moment my length of day column shows all ok except one (which is his holiday)

Highlighted in Purple

would like the times to show 08:00 and in next column says "Holiday"

any ideas you genius people??

Also the figures for holidays would have to be based on network days as well. so if a holiday is from 19th - 22nd October, it would only count the Friday and Monday.

nobody wanna give this a crack???
