    Smile Format Cells So That the Content Will be Two Opts Only & CF

    Hello all!
    How to format cells so that the content will be limited only to two options?
    Here I attached my sheet. I want to format the column K so that the content of the cells will be "Open"/"Closed" only (whole words).

    Other thing that came up in my mind is, how to format cell using conditional formatting but to cells contain one whole word.
    As example in my sheet is to conditionally format the column K but limited to cells with word "Open" and "Close".

    Thank you in advance!

    Maybe data validation
    *select the cells in K then->Data ->Data Validation -> Custom

    =OR(K2="OPEN",K2="CLOSED")

    or maybe use ->Data ->Data Validation ->List
    I think people forget the word "THANK YOU!!!!" Do you still know it???

    Okay, thank you! My problem is solved (the attachment is renewed).
    Anyway, another question comes up. How if I want to resize the font and the height of the drop-down list? thx.
